What it costs

- Option fee and rent are the only money in the deal, and both are printed on every listing. Option fees start at $2,000 at signing on most homes, with the rest paid over 24 months alongside rent.
What happens next

- You tour the home and ask anything you want.
- Ready? We schedule signing, walk you through the lease and option agreement, and set your move-in date. First month's rent and the option fee (or the smaller amount) are due at signing.
